Cancellation Policy
A 25% cancellation fee will be charged for no-shows or cancellations within 36 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you are later than 15 minutes for your appointment and your stylist can not modify your service to a shorter time frame you will be charge the same no-show fee and asked to reschedule.
